What are Terracotta products?

Terracotta has been used throughout the ages and is one of the most versatile and natural of cooking mediums. Terracotta products are natural products made from clay and are quite unique; they are wonderfully tactile, have excellent heat retention qualities and you don't need to use much heat. Best of all the more you use it the more 'cured' it will become and the better it gets.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

You can expect delivery in 3-5 working days.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

When you place your order we’ll send you an email confirming that the order has been placed and the items you’ve ordered.

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you a second email with a tracking number to confirm this. If you don’t receive an email within 4 working days, please contact us at info@abspottery.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to pack all orders and dispatch within the same day. However, we will try and process any order cancellation requests we receive. Please send us an email to info@abspottery.com or use the contact form.

Please note that our Customer Service operates Monday to Friday, 9-5pm UK time.

Do you ship abroad?

We currently only ship to the UK. We will ship to more regions in the future, join our newsletter below and stay up to date.

What delivery services do you offer?
UK Tracked Delivery

Free on ALL orders over £50 or £4.95 otherwise. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days after ordering.

Refunds & Returns

You can return your unwanted items via post within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at info@abspottery.com or use the contact form. Please note the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so pack with sufficient packaging and clearly label the box FRAGILE.

You will receive a refund within 14 days after the package has arrived to our warehouse. Please bear in mind that you'll have to cover the shipping costs for returning your item and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted.

Damaged goods / Faulty order

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, or if you are missing a product, please email us at info@abspottery.com or contact us here and we will be able to resolve this for you. Please include in your email photographs of any damaged items, and the order number of your purchase.
